Ordering a repeat prescription?

You can only receive a repeat prescription if you have a computerised repeat prescription slip. When you have ticked the items you need there are several ways to obtain your prescription:-

• Bring it to the surgery and pop it in at the reception counter or post it with a stamped addressed envelope.

• Fax it through on 01733 366677.

• Telephone our dedicated 24 hour prescription line on 01733 366688

Your prescriptions will take 48 hours to process.

All repeat prescriptions are regularly reviewed so after a period of time the doctor may ask to see you.
